Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
As most of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Change of mind after purchase

Minor color variations due to screen settings

Personalized or custom-made products

Products damaged due to misuse after delivery

Replacement Policy
If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
Replacement orders are processed according to standard production and shipping timelines.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

Product is unavailable after purchase

Approved return request where replacement is not possible

Duplicate payment or billing error
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
After approval:

UPI Refunds: 3–5 business days

Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

Net Banking: 5–10 business days

Wallets: 3–7 business days
Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production.
Once production or printing has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders may not be eligible for cancellation once dispatched.
Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
Damaged Packages
If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend:
